Sponsorship terms
These terms apply to every AVwhere sponsorship. Each order is sent by email from Contact@avwhere.com and names the sponsor, the flight dates, the placements, the price and the creative; replying “Accepted” to it accepts these terms.

1Parties and order
These terms are between GeoAsset LLC (“AVwhere”) and the sponsor named in an order. The order and these terms are the whole agreement.
2Placement
One “Ad” unit on the Updates page and one on the Data page for the flight in the order, as the only sponsor on avwhere.com. AVwhere may move the Updates unit within the feed to keep it away from coverage of the sponsor, and may change the site’s design without removing a placement.
3Fee
In US dollars, invoiced by email with the order and paid in full before the flight starts. Fees are non-refundable except under sections 8 and 9.
4Creative
Supplied at least five business days before the start. AVwhere may refuse creative or ask for changes that follow its published rules. The sponsor confirms it has the rights to everything supplied, that the creative and its landing page are accurate and lawful, and that the link carries no tracking of individual readers. AVwhere uses the link exactly as supplied.
5Labelling
Every unit is labelled “Ad”.
6Independence
The sponsorship has no effect on which services are listed, their statuses, any figure, the Updates feed, the Data page, AVwhere Weekly or Help. AVwhere may publish news about the sponsor at any time and doesn’t preview coverage. Neither party implies endorsement; the sponsor may say it sponsors AVwhere.
7Reporting
AVwhere confirms the start within two business days and sends a recap within five business days of the end: dated screenshots and page views of the pages carrying the unit. AVwhere shares no personal data and doesn’t count clicks.
8Make-good
If a unit is missing for more than 24 hours in a row, or the site is down, the flight is extended by the time lost. If that isn’t possible, the sponsor gets a pro-rata credit or refund.
9Cancellation
The sponsor may cancel up to seven days before the start for a refund less payment fees; after that, no refund. AVwhere may end a flight early if the sponsor breaks section 4 or 10, or becomes a partner in a listed service, refunding the unused days pro rata, and may pause a unit that has become inaccurate until it is fixed.
10Eligibility
The sponsor confirms it is not, and is not acting for, an operator of a listed service, a partner named in a listing, or a company that owns or is owned by one, and that its advertising is not in a category AVwhere doesn’t accept (Who can’t advertise).
11Liability
Each party’s total liability is limited to the fee paid. Neither is liable for indirect or consequential loss. The sponsor is responsible for claims arising from its creative and landing page.
12Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the US state where GeoAsset LLC is organised. A changed text gets a new version number and date; an order stays on the version it accepted.
