AVwhere is a map of autonomous-vehicle deployments, made by GeoAsset LLC. These terms explain what the service is, what you can expect from it, and what we ask of you.

1About these terms
AVwhere is operated by GeoAsset LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to your use of AVwhere. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
You must be at least 13 to create an account or submit content, and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
2Information, not transportation
AVwhere helps you explore autonomous-vehicle deployments, service areas, and published updates. We do not operate vehicles, arrange transportation, or guarantee that a ride is available.
Listings, boundaries, dates, and statistics may be incomplete, approximate, or out of date. A map marker is not a live vehicle or a guaranteed pickup location. “Verified” means information was checked against sources; it is not a guarantee of safety or current availability.
Check the operator's current service area, eligibility, fares, and booking requirements before traveling. Operators and booking services set their own terms. Their inclusion on AVwhere does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
3Accounts and acceptable use
You can browse public information without an account. Some features, including saving operators, submitting images and reports, and choosing a handle, require sign-in. Provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Do not use AVwhere unlawfully, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, impersonate others, or submit misleading, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. We may apply daily sending limits, limit or block accounts, restrict access, or remove content when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or legal obligations.
Handles must not impersonate a person, an operator, or AVwhere, or be offensive. Handles go live at once, and we may clear any handle.
4Images, reports, and other contributions
You retain ownership of content you contribute. Submit only material you have the right to share, and remove private information you do not have permission to publish. Taking a screenshot does not automatically give you rights to everything it contains.
You give GeoAsset LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, resize, display, and publish your contribution, and use it to document or trace approximate coverage, for operating and improving AVwhere. This includes processing by our service providers and does not transfer ownership.
Reports, with their notes, links, and photos, are contributions under the same license and rules. Report only what you saw or read, and do not report while driving.
Reports may link a public YouTube video or X post, played through that service’s own player under its terms. By playing YouTube videos on AVwhere, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Images and reports are reviewed before publication. We may decline or remove them. Approved contributions may be public with your chosen credit, and reports are shown as rider-reported, not as confirmed by an operator or by AVwhere. Deleting your account does not automatically remove approved contributions or coverage derived from them; approved contributions may remain with generic credit and the license continues for that retained use. You can contact us to request removal, including removal of personal information, subject to applicable rights and obligations.
5Our content and third-party material
AVwhere's software, branding, and original material belong to GeoAsset LLC or its licensors. Third-party maps, photos, data, and trademarks remain subject to their owners' rights and stated licenses. These terms do not override permissions granted by those licenses. See Help: Credits & licenses.
External websites and booking apps operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their services or content.
6Availability and responsibility
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Where permitted by law, AVwhere is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, GeoAsset LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of AVwhere. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
7Privacy, changes, and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. For material changes, we will provide a prominent notice and any additional notice or agreement required by law before the change applies.
